Eglise Saint-Nicolas

Derrière l'hôtel de ville se dresse l'église St Nicolas, église paroissiale qui fut jusqu'à la Révolution française l'église du couvent des Cordeliers, ce qui explique l'élégante sobriété de cet édifice du XVIIème siècle. Elle abrite notamment un remarquable bénitier de style gothique flamboyant classé Monument Historique. Près de l'église, dans le jardin des Cordeliers, un monument dédié au musicien François Curt (1791-1859) est l'oeuvre du sculpteur Suzanne Laurent. Il a été érigé en 1930.
